The authority behind the firm

Director, Hype Her Up, Sis

Dionne Baker is an image presence strategist who helps women understand the connection between appearance, perception, confidence, credibility, and opportunity.

She believes women should not leave their image to chance. Her work helps clients intentionally manage the signals they send through their appearance, presence, communication, and personal brand.

Her advisory practice sits deliberately outside traditional styling. A wardrobe is an instrument, not an outcome. The outcome is a woman who is read accurately — in the interview, on the stage, across the boardroom table, and in the search result that precedes her.

Dionne works privately with executives, founders, attorneys, physicians, speakers, and public-facing professionals, and delivers corporate engagements for organizations whose people are the brand.

The Framework

The Hype Her Up Method

Five dimensions determine how you are experienced, remembered, and positioned. We work each one deliberately.
  1. 01

    Image

What people visually experience when they encounter you.

  2. 02

    Presence

How you carry yourself, communicate, and occupy space.

  3. 03

    Positioning

What your appearance and personal brand communicate about your value.

  4. 04

    Perception

How people interpret, remember, and respond to you.

  5. 05

    Influence

How your presence contributes to opportunities, credibility, relationships, and business outcomes.
